Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and understanding of accounting standards (e.g., FRS, IFRS).
- Analytical Abilities: High attention to detail to identify inconsistencies or procedural flaws.
- Communication: Effective written and verbal skills for communicating with clients and teams.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Full-time, often on-site in an office or client location.
- Entry-level to 1-2 years of experience. 2 years above will consider too.
- Potential for travel to client sites
Responsibilities
- Audit Procedures: Perform substantive testing, verify data accuracy, and assist in preparing audit working papers.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure compliance with regulations, financial standards, and internal controls.
- Documentation: Review client documentation, prepare draft reports, and document findings.
- Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients to gather information and provide status updates on engagements.
- Support: Assist seniors and managers with audit planning, execution, and closing processes.
