Requirements
Candidate must currently pursue at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource/Business Administration/Business Management or equivalent.
Excellent verbal and written communication, with relationship building skills
High performing team-player, able to function both independently and collaboratively
Self-starter who has an appetite for learning and is driven to excel and grow
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Minimum internship duration of 4 months
Responsibilities
Assist in payroll processing, attendance checking, and HR reporting
Support recruitment activities and interview coordination
Help prepare HR documents, letters, and employee records
Assist in onboarding, training coordination, and maintaining training records (ISO compliance)
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities (e.g. events, CSR, annual dinner)
Provide support in employee welfare, benefits, and daily HR operations
Perform general administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned
