Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field (Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Preferably staff specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Experience in construction industry will be added advantages
- Able to work independently with high limited guidance
- Able to multitask and lead the team in Finance Department
- Initiative & self starter
- Willing to work at Bukit Jalil City, KL
- Exposure to travel abroad for business purpose
Responsibilities
- To ensure accuracy of the data entered into the accounting system and proper filing of such information for retrieval.
- To prepare the monthly journals and other related documents for approval and upload into the accounting system.
- To update and maintain the fixed assets register.
- To prepare payment/cheque and other related documents.
- To carry out bank reconciliation, creditors’ reconciliation, data entry, updating records and maintaining of accounting records.
- Assist in monthly account closing & monthly management reporting.
- Liaison with banker and company secretary for matters related to banking matters.
- To assist in daily treasury operation activities and banking function.
- To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
