Prefer Mandarin Speaker

Working Details

* Location: Gurney Paragon Mall Penang

* Working Hours: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM

* Working Days: 6 days per week

Requirements

* Minimum SPM qualification

* Minimum height 160 cm

* Friendly, well-groomed, and customer-oriented personality

* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel

* Responsible, honest, and able to work independently

Responsibilities

- Customer Service & Front Desk

- Greet and assist walk-in customers

- Handle calls, WhatsApp & emails

- Assist customers with purchases

- Receive payments & record daily sales

- Perform basic admin tasks (data entry, filing, reports)

- Manage appointments & follow-ups

- Ensure showroom is clean and presentable

Preferred Skills

* Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or front desk is an advantage

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills

* Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
