Role: Sales Support Executive(Mandarin)
Working Hours; 5 days work week , 9am - 6pm standard (rotational weekly off)
Intake: 11 May, Monday
Salary: up to RM 4500 + up to 300 KPI + sales comm
Requirements
• SPM / Diploma and above with sales experience (include part time) + CS Exp
• English + Mandarin
-BM in SPM need C grade
Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
Finding potential customers through research, networking, cold calls, emails, or inbound inquiries.
Client Engagement
Contacting prospects, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable products or services.
Product Knowledge
Maintaining a deep understanding of the company’s offerings to explain benefits clearly and handle objections.
Sales Presentations & Demos
Demonstrating how a product or service solves customer problems.
Negotiation & Closing Deals
Discussing pricing, terms, and finalizing agreements to convert prospects into customers.
Relationship Management
Building long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Sales Targets & Reporting
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas and maintaining accurate records of activities in CRM systems.
Market Awareness
Keeping track of competitors, industry trends, and customer feedback.
