Requirements
1-2 years of experience within the F&B or hospitality industry specially Japanese Restaurant.
Strong culinary expertise and creativity.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
•Preparing and measuring ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
•Prepare on daily basis food requisitions as assigned.
•Maintain cleanliness in all assigned areas, including refrigerators and freezers.
•Attend training sessions if applicable.
•Report any equipment on the section which needs repair or maintenance.
•Ensure freshness and suitability of products used by the kitchen and that they are stored properly
.•Ensure smooth running of the kitchen during the Chef/Assistant Chef’s absence.
•Follow company’s policies and procedures for restaurant operations internally and externally.
•Perform other related duties as required or as assigned.
