1–3 years of sales experience, preferably with corporate clients or key account clients (especially business owners or management-level clients).

Strong interest in the education industry, sales, or business field. Relevant educational background is preferred but not mandatory.

Passion for sales with a proactive attitude and strong goal orientation.

Presentable appearance with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and identify client needs effectively.

Strong learning ability, adaptability, resilience under pressure, and good interpersonal skills.

Possess a team-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit, and willing to grow together with the team.

Achieve company sales targets by promoting and selling the company’s courses and educational services.

Develop potential client leads and build long-term relationships with corporate clients.

Understand clients’ needs and business challenges, and provide appropriate educational solutions.

Maintain the company’s brand image and professional reputation, while improving client satisfaction and trust.

Work closely with the team and product department to ensure clients can participate smoothly in courses and enjoy a positive learning experience.
