We are actively searching for proactive and self-disciplined individuals to join our team and start a rewarding career journey in the ice-cream business.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Hold a valid Malaysian truck driving licence (GDL), possess extensive driving experience and have a thorough understanding of local road conditions.

2. Demonstrate an extremely strong sense of responsibility, maintain consistent attendance, strictly abide by the company's working hour regulations, avoid any form of unstable attendance record such as unexcused absences or erratic leave-taking.

3. Be honest and trustworthy, upholding integrity in all tasks related to financial transactions.

4. Prior experience in the ice-cream industry is highly preferred.

5. Have a solid foundation in basic mathematics to accurately handle tasks like quantity calculations and accounting.

6. Be free from any bad habits, approaching work with a positive lifestyle and high-standard professional ethics.

7. Be able to tolerate cold conditions. Since ice-cream is a refrigerated product, you may be exposed to low temperature environments during work.

Only candidates who are residing in Johor Bahru, Malaysia and who meet the requirements above are welcome to apply.

1. Skillfully drive the truck and strictly follow the pre-arranged routes. Punctually deliver our delicious ice-cream to well-known convenience stores like 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, as well as a variety of local mini-markets, petrol stations and chain grocery stores.

2. Take charge of the smooth and clean loading and unloading of goods, ensuring the accurate and complete delivery and proper display of products.

3. Proactively engage in in-depth communication with customers, fully understand the specific needs of each store and maintain an excellent supplier-customer relationship through enthusiastic and high-quality service, thus effectively promoting the growth of sales performance.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

1. A stable monthly base salary ranging from RM1800 - 2300 (depending on work experience) provides a reliable financial cornerstone.

2. Monthly Commission: Earn a monthly commission up to RM4800 by achieving the monthly set sales and delivery targets. The better your performance, the higher your earnings.

3. Quarterly Bonus: Up to RM1350 per quarter can be obtained upon meeting the quarterly comprehensive goals, which covers aspects such as delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction and sales achievements.

4. All employees are provided with essential benefits in line with Malaysian regulations, including EPF (Employees' Provident Fund) and SOCSO.

5. For employees who exceed the targets multiple times throughout the year, an additional 13th-14th month's salary will be awarded along with a special year-end bonus as an appreciation for your outstanding contribution.
