Basic computer skillset and able to use software such as, Excel, Power Point and etc.
Possess own transportation.
Willing to travel.
Able to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Responsibilities
Fully responsible for the daily operational management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, customer service, and supervision of food quality, ensuring smooth operations.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, analyze business data, and optimize adjustments.
Manage the staff team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations, to enhance team cohesion and service standards.
Maintain the restaurant’s hygiene, food safety, and ensure the proper operation of equipment in compliance with industry standards.
Handle customer complaints and unexpected incidents to ensure customer experience and protect brand image.
