Requirements
Minimum 2 years in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
Hands-on mastery of Shopify Plus, Shopee, and Lazada.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, E-commerce, or Marketing.
Understand the fast pace of e-commerce algorithms and brand building.
Comfortable working with Excel/Data sets to manage inventory and budgets.
Have an eye for webpage visuals and presentation.
Proficiency in HTML/CSS or Adobe Creative Suite is a distinct advantage.
Analytical, creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Strategic Sales Operations (40%)
Utilize the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle to turn sales data into actionable business strategies.
Support the Sales Manager in crafting the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), identifying new channel opportunities to maximize market penetration.
Analyze sales velocity and channel performance to ensure strategy remains agile and profitable.
Digital Flagship Management (30%)
Ensure brand consistency across Shopify and Lazada platforms.
Maintain premium product listings, banners, and landing pages.
Oversee end-to-end customer journey, including SEO-optimized content and intuitive navigation.
Manage tools such as DNS, Google Analytics, and CRM integration to ensure smooth operations.
Brand & Campaign Synergy (20%)
Manage major sales campaigns such as 11.11 and Brand Days.
Collaborate with Marketing to align creative assets with sales mechanics for maximum ROI.
Work with design teams to ensure strong digital visual presentation.
Client & Customer Excellence (10%)
Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve escalated inquiries and improve customer loyalty.
Utilize CRM strategies and customer data to personalize shopping experiences and improve retention.
