• Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Energetic, sales-driven, and engaging personality
• Able to commit to long live sessions (5-6 hours/day)
• Experience in live streaming / sales / retail is a plus
• Familiar with TikTok trends and e-commerce platforms
• At least 2-3 videos posting per week
• Prefer Language Bahasa Malaysia & English as a plus

Live Streaming (Primary Role)

• Host live streaming sessions for up to 5 hours per day (can be split into multiple sessions)
• Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and persuasive way
• Interact with viewers in real-time (answer questions, reply to comments, build engagement)
• Drive sales conversion through strong product explanation and closing techniques
• Follow campaign scripts, promotions, and key selling points

Content Creation (Video)

• Create short-form videos (TikTok / Reels / Shorts) for product promotion
• Participate in brainstorming ideas, viral hooks, and content planning
• Act in front of the camera for product demos, lifestyle content, and reviews
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce high-conversion video content
• Stay updated with trends, sounds, and viral formats

Preparation & Planning

• Study product features, benefits, and selling points before live sessions
• Prepare scripts, talking points, and live flow

Performance & Improvement

• Continuously improve hosting skills and sales techniques
• Work closely with the team to optimize results

• 1.5% sales commission based on total sales
• Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling e-commerce team
