Requirements
Education: Diploma or above in Business, Law, Administration, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Malaysia corporate registration or company secretarial services. Experience in accounting firms or secretarial firms is preferred.
Skills: Familiar with SSM registration procedures, Malaysian Companies Act, and tax registration requirements; proficient in Microsoft Office. Knowledge of SQL software is an advantage.
Language: Fluent in Mandarin (preferred), with sufficient English and/or Bahasa Malaysia skills to handle government-related documentation.
Attributes: Strong communication skills, efficient and detail-oriented, compliance-conscious, and able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with relevant experience and Mandarin language proficiency are preferred
Responsibilities
Company incorporation: Handle SSM new company registrations, company name changes, capital increases, company strike-offs, and annual return compliance.
Licensing & applications: Manage tax registrations (SST/income tax), bank account openings, company stamp applications, and business license renewals.
Compliance maintenance: Ensure company documents, shareholder information, and registered addresses comply with regulations; submit statutory documents on time.
Liaise with authorities: Communicate with SSM, tax authorities, banks, and related agencies; handle inquiries and assist with inspections/audits.
Documentation management: Maintain client files, follow up on processes, and provide progress updates.
