Minimum SPM or equivalent (preferred, but some companies accept lower with experience)
Possess valid motorcycle or car driving license (Class B2/D depending on vehicle used)
At least 1–2 years of working experience in dispatch / runner / delivery role (fresh graduates may be considered)
Familiar with local routes, Klang Valley areas, and using GPS (Waze / Google Maps)
Good time management and able to meet deadlines
Responsible, honest, and able to handle confidential documents
Physically fit and able to carry documents or small parcels when required
Willing to travel frequently for work assignments
Basic communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
岗位职责
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and items between office, clients, suppliers, banks, and government departments
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately, safely, and within the required timeframe
Handle confidential and important documents with strict confidentiality
Perform banking errands such as cheque deposit, cash collection, and bank-in transactions when required
Collect and submit documents to relevant government agencies (e.g. EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, etc.)
Maintain proper records of all dispatch activities, including delivery notes and logbook updates
Ensure company vehicle (motorcycle/car) is clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times
Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle problems to supervisor immediately
Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and traffic regulations at all times
Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor or management
