Permanent Night Shift Role (Strict Requirement)

This is a permanent night shift position. We are looking for individuals who are fully committed to working overnight hours and can consistently perform in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.

You will undergo a structured 7-week paid training program designed to prepare you for real-time interpretation work.

Training Includes:

• Systems training and live practice sessions

Position Overview

Work Arrangement: WFH – 100% Work From Home
Schedule: 5 working days, 2 days off (rotational)
Shift Type: Rotational night shifts only (8 hours + 1-hour break)

Shift Windows:
• 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
• 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM
• 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• 12:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• 2:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, real-time interpretation (English ⇌ Mandarin / Cantonese) via phone
• Facilitate communication across multiple industries and service environments
• Handle sensitive or urgent conversations professionally and calmly
• Maintain strict confidentiality and high accuracy at all times
