Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years working experience in fashion or retail marketing
Proficient in English, Malay and Mandarin
Experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads and Social Media
Creative mindset & copywriting ability
Strong understanding of current fashion marketing trends and consumer behaviour
Responsibilities
Plan and execute yearly marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional calendars
Stay updated with current fashion marketing trends and translate them into actionable strategies
Liaise with shopping malls, department stores, and external partners for joint promotions and exposure
Respond to customer inquiries on social media daily and coordinate internally when necessary
Manage and coordinate with external marketing agency (e.g., 13media) on Meta and Google Ads
Oversee social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and 小红书 (RedNote)
Create and write engaging content for social media and campaign materials
Design basic visual artwork using Canva and edit short-form videos using CapCut
Develop KOL collaborations and influencer partnerships to increase brand exposure
Monitor engagement, reach, and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement
