Basic Finance skills: Familiar with Claims and Invoices
Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and overtime if needed
Candidate must be organized, honest and have a positive personality
Candidate must be a prudent and cautious person

Responsibilities
Liaise with suppliers
Verify supporting documents such as receipts, invoices, and claim forms for accuracy and completeness
Ensure all claims comply with company policies and procedures
Liaise with internal departments or claimants to resolve claim-related issues
Prepare approved claims for payment and coordinate with Accounts Payable for disbursement
