OTC Cosmetic Industries Hiring! Full Time Plant Engineer in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 4,500 - Ricebowl

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 1–3 years working experience in manufacturing industry (cosmetic/FMCG preferred).

Knowledge in blending systems, dispensing systems, pumps, and processing equipment.

Familiar with GMP, HACCP, and safety standards.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Able to work independently and in a team environment.

Monitor and manage the blending and dispensing process to ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently.

Ensure all machines, tanks, pipelines, and equipment are functioning properly.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshoot machine breakdowns.

Ensure blending formulations and dispensing activities follow SOP, GMP, and safety requirements.

Monitor production parameters such as temperature, mixing speed, and batch timing.

Work closely with Production, QA, and Warehouse departments to achieve production targets.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of processing equipment and production areas.

Assist in installation, testing, and commissioning of new machines or equipment.

Prepare maintenance reports, machine records, and production-related documentation.

Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity and reduce downtime.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
