Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
6–8 years of audit experience in an accounting or audit firm.
Strong knowledge of MFRS/MPERS and auditing standards.
Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
Responsibilities
Lead & review working papers, financial statements, and audit reports.
Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers, Senior Associates, and Associates.
Ensure audits comply with MFRS/MPERS and professional standards.
Communicate with clients regarding audit findings and recommendations.
Plan and manage audit timelines and deliverables.
