Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the construction industry

  • Diploma / Advanced Diploma in Accounting or related field (preferred)

  • Able to work independently and handle full set of accounts

  • Familiar with SST rules and regulations

  • Experience in construction accounting will be an advantage

  • Knowledge in Foreign Currency transactions and translations

  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Prepare Fixed Assets schedules

  • Prepare Hire Purchase (HP) schedules

  • Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) reconciliation

  • Ensure compliance with SST rules and regulations

  • Handle full set of accounts, preferably for construction industry

  • Manage foreign currency transactions and translations

  • Process project and subcontractor claims

  • Perform stock reconciliation

  • Prepare audit schedules and supporting documents
