Requirements
- Achieve at least Diploma.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks with tight timelines.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to respond to customer issues professionally.
- Positive attitude, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate and timely information on products, pricing, stock availability, and order status.
- Process customer quotations, sales orders, and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices accurately.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales Team to follow up on orders, delivery schedules,and customer requirements.
- Manage and process Purchase Orders (PO) from branches and ensure correct stock allocation.
- Track order progress and proactively update customers on delivery or product readiness.
- Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for stock movement, packing, and delivery arrangement.
- Maintain proper filing and record-keeping for all sales and customer documents.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints professionally and promptly
