Job Description

Requirements

  • Provide administrative support for warehouse operations, including managing incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinating with logistics partners, and ensuring accurate documentation.

  • Maintain and update inventory records using the company's system, ensuring accuracy in stock levels, product details, and locations.

  • Perform data entry tasks related to warehouse activities, such as receiving goods, processing orders, and generating reports.

  • Assist in organizing and maintaining the warehouse filing system, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., sales, production) and external vendors to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word), auto count system, WMS for daily administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data analysis, and report generation.

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks, particularly in record-keeping and inventory management, to minimize errors and discrepancies.

  • Support the warehouse team in various administrative duties as needed, contributing to overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing and maintaining accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.

  • Perform data entry tasks for incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring all information is precise and up-to-date.

  • Support warehouse operations by coordinating with the logistics team for shipment scheduling and tracking.

  • Maintain organized and systematic filing of all warehouse-related documents and records.

  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and external vendors regarding inventory levels and order status.

  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for reporting, tracking, and data analysis.

  • Conduct regular checks to ensure the accuracy of stock counts and identify any discrepancies.

  • Assist in the preparation of shipping and receiving documents.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures within the warehouse environment.

  • Provide administrative support to the warehouse manager as needed.
