Requirements

1. Sales experience preferred(training will be provided), Fresh grade welcome to apply

2. Proficient in English and Malay; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to support customer needs.

5. Able to work independently and as a team

Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries via online

  • Follow up with customers and provide professional customer care

  • Arrange and confirm appointments

  • Introduce and explain company services to clients

  • Maintain customer records and update in system

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients
