Job Description

Requirements

  • SPM / Diploma / Fresh graduates are welcome

  • Basic computer and e-commerce platform knowledge

  • Responsible, organized, and willing to learn

  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience in e-commerce operations is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update products on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and company website

  • Process daily online orders, printing waybills, and arranging shipments

  • Monitor stock availability and coordinate restocking with warehouse/team

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally

  • Manage return, refund, exchange, and parcel issue cases with customers and platforms

  • Process CN (Credit Note) for returned parcels and customer return cases

  • Investigate parcel disputes, failed deliveries, and platform shipping claims

  • Coordinate with marketing team for promotions, livestreams, and campaigns if any

  • Ensure smooth daily operation of all e-commerce platforms
