WE’RE LOOKING FOR :

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business or related field

• Candidates with a passion for content creation are encouraged to apply, even if it is outside their field

• Minimum 1 years experience in marketing, content creation, or similar role

• Strong writing and storytelling skills (English & Bahasa Malaysia)

• Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, social media ads, email marketing)

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel

• Comfortable appearing on camera when required

• Basic makeup skills (for simple touch-ups during content photoshoot)

• Creative, proactive, and able to work independently

• Good time management and able to meet deadlines

BONUS IF YOU HAVE :

• Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite skills

• Basic photography or videography skills

• Understanding of branding and audience targeting

• Familiar with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING :

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels

• Create engaging content (social media posts, videos, captions, visuals)

• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)

• Develop content calendars for consistent and strategic brand messaging

• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners

• Stay updated with current trends, content styles, and audience behaviour

• Support branding initiatives, promotions, and product launches

• Be actively involved in photoshoots (content direction, styling & behind-the-scenes)

• Assist with basic styling and makeup touch-ups when needed

• Conduct live sessions during launches, campaigns, or when required
