- Plan, organize, and manage daily production activities to meet output targets and delivery timelines
- Ensure optimal use of manpower, machinery, and materials
- Monitor production schedules and adjust to meet demand fluctuations
2. Efficiency & Continuous Improvement
- Track and improve key KPIs (output, downtime, yield, wastage)
- Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Drive cost reduction initiatives across production operations
3. Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
- Enforce food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, Halal)
- Investigate production-related issues and implement corrective actions (CAPA)
4. Team Management
- Lead, train, and supervise production supervisors and operators
- Manage shift planning, attendance, and workforce productivity
- Build a disciplined, high-performance production culture
5. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with QA, R&D, warehouse, and sales teams
- Ensure smooth new product launches and production scaling
- Align production output with sales forecasts
6. Reporting & Problem Solving
- Monitor and analyze production performance data
- Prepare reports on KPIs and improvement initiatives
- Lead root cause analysis for defects, delays, and downtime
