Job Description

Requirements

  • Diploma and above in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR or Administration field
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Responsible, organized, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to work in a team
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job posting, interview arrangement, and candidate follow-up
  • Prepare onboarding documents and support new employee onboarding process
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR files, and staff database accurately
  • Monitor staff attendance, lateness, leave applications, and absenteeism records
  • Assist in payroll preparation by organizing attendance records and related HR data
  • Record and follow up on employee discipline cases and unusual staff matters
  • Coordinate staff training, onboarding checklist, and probation confirmation follow-up
  • Collect, organize, and review staff assessment forms and HR reports
  • Communicate internal notices, HR updates, and staff-related announcements
  • Support management in tracking manpower status, vacancies, and employee-related matters
  • Ensure all HR documents are properly filed, updated, and kept confidential
  • Handle ad-hoc HR and administrative tasks assigned by management
