Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level education

Demonstrate 1-2 years of relevant experience in a cashier or retail customer service role, preferably within a retail or merchandise environment

Proficiency in basic mathematics for accurate transaction processing and change calculation

Familiarity with SQL systems for efficient sales processing and inventory management

Strong cash handling skills, including managing cash floats, processing payments, and reconciling daily transactions

Ability to perform daily closing procedures accurately and efficiently

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor, capable of assisting customers and resolving inquiries

Able to work on PH/ shift

Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using SQL system, handling cash, credit/debit cards, and other payment methods

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a positive shopping experience, particularly in a retail florist environment

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and ready for use throughout the shift

Accurately reconcile daily cash drawer and sales transactions, preparing end-of-day reports and ensuring all financial records are balanced and submitted correctly

Assist with basic inventory checks and stock replenishment at the front counter as needed, especially for small items or accessories near the checkout

Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and customer service standards to minimize discrepancies and maintain operational integrity

Assist with closing with Account Department
