Job Description

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 1-2 years of proven experience in a sales or consulting role, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in consulting methodologies and a customer-centric approach to understanding and addressing client needs.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly and persuasively.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Problem-solving skills to identify and overcome sales obstacles and provide effective solutions to clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management: Effectively manage and convert company-generated leads assigned daily.

• End-to-End Sales: Take full ownership of the sales process from lead assignment to final customer handover.

• Expert Consultation: Provide tailored solar solutions by understanding the specific energy needs of potential clients.

• Relationship Building: Foster strong customer relationships and ensure satisfaction through thorough follow-ups and service excellence.

• Pipeline Coordination: Collaborate with the team for smooth post-sale transitions.

• Collection Monitoring: Follow up on payment milestones, as commission payouts are tied to full collection (Deposit, 70% pre-installation, and 30% post-completion).
