Requirements
At least Diploma in Human Resources Management / Business Administration Management / Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Good command in English, Malay and Mandarin. Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and coordinate with hiring managers on staffing needs.
Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee transitions.
Support training and development initiatives, including coordination and documentation.
Monitor employee probation and assist in performance management processes.
Maintain employment-related documentation, attendance, leave tracking, and ensure proper documentation.
Support compensation and benefits administration, including OT verification and HR systems.
Manage employer branding through social media and job portals.
