Registered Nurse with the Malaysian Nursing Board

Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)

Post Basic Renal qualification (preferred, or to be obtained through DaVita sponsorship)

Intermediate computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)

Perform and supervise direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, initiation and termination of dialysis treatment.

Conduct physical assessments and document patient progress.

Review dialysis prescriptions, medical orders, and laboratory results.

Report emergencies, critical incidents, and complications to the supervisor or Medical Director.

Educate patients and families on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and lifestyle management.

Carry out dialysis treatment procedures including ultrafiltration calculations, safety checks, and medication administration.

Provide pre- and post-dialysis instructions.

Maintain compassionate, respectful, and high-quality patient care.

Participate in developing patients' short and long-term care plans and monthly progress reports.
