Requirements
Proven experience as a Dental Assistant
Familiarity with dental instruments and sterilization procedures
Understanding of health & safety regulations
Ability to perform regulated non-surgical tasks (e.g., coronal polishing) is an advantage
Basic computer skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable
Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; certification from a dental assistant program is preferred
Additional certifications (e.g., EFDA) are an added advantage
Responsibilities
Perform various patient care and administrative duties, including assisting chairside during dental treatments
Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment
Prepare consultation rooms, dental instruments, and medications for procedures
Assist with front desk registration and manage dental records when required
Follow up with patients regarding treatment appointments
