Land Pacific Development Hiring! Full Time Sales Executive (Property Developer) in WP Kuala Lumpur - Ricebowl

Basic salary & Commission are provided. A competitive remuneration package and position title will be offered, commensurate with skills and relevant experience.

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree/Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Real Estate Management/Property Management or equivalent.

• Able to communicate in Mandarin & English.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• 6 working days, rotating few showrooms in Klang Valley area.

• Must possess own transport and be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.

• Enthusiastic about venturing into the Property Industry.

• Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to promote company properties.

• Participate in sales events, roadshows, exhibitions, and activities at the sales gallery as assigned.

• Manage all sales-related matters, including proactively identifying and engaging potential customers to achieve sales targets.

• Coordinate with purchasers, solicitors, financiers, and internal departments to ensure the timely execution of Sale & Purchase Agreements (SPA) and Loan Agreements.

• Provide excellent after-sales service, including advising purchasers on bank loans and end-financing procedures.

• Work closely with agencies and provide accurate information.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Sales Department and/or Management.
