Responsibilities
Responsibilities
Own and execute the company’s Affiliate & KOL strategy across TikTok, Shopee and Social Media
Identify, source, and build relationships with relevant KOLs, influencers, and affiliates
Conduct outreach (DM, email, WhatsApp) to onboard new creators
Negotiate collaboration terms (commission-based, seeding, paid deals)
Coordinate product seeding and provide clear content briefs to creators
Track content posting timelines and ensure campaign execution
Manage affiliate programs (Shopee / TikTok)
Set commission structures
Recruit and activate affiliates
Grow active affiliate base and sales contribution
Monitor and analyze performance
Track KOL performance (clicks, conversions, ROI)
Identify high-performing creators for long-term partnerships
Optimize strategy based on data
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design)
Align on campaign direction and messaging
Provide insights on what content drives sales
