Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling full set of accounts and daily accounting operations.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain proper filing and accounting documentation records.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and other related parties when necessary.
• Support budget preparation and expense monitoring.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with company policies.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with accounting software will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
