Role Overview
Handle inbound customer interactions (calls, live chat, email) related to an e-hailing & delivery platform. You’ll resolve inquiries, complaints, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries via call, live chat, and email
Resolve complaints, feedback, and product-related issues
Provide accurate information and solutions
Deliver excellent customer service and meet expectations
Work as a team to achieve KPI & SLA targets
Maintain proper documentation of cases
Working Hours
6 days per week
Rotational shift (24 hours)
