任职资格

  • Language:Must be fully fluent in bothEnglish and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively engage our target audience and communicate seamlessly with our core team.
  • Attitude: Highly sales-driven, target-oriented, and resilient. You must be hungry for success and comfortable working with a performance-based tiered commission structure (earning up to RM10,000+).
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, retail, or e-commerce livestreaming is preferred, but ambitious talents with strong on-camera presence are highly welcomed.
  • KPI: Must be able to hit the RM40,000 monthly sales target for two consecutive months to secure a permanent position.
  • MANDATORY APPLICATION REQUIREMENT:To apply, you MUST submit a 1 to 3-minute video of yourself doing a mock product pitch in both Mandarin and Malay.Applications without a video submission will be automatically rejected.

岗位职责

  • Host dynamic and engaging live streaming sessions on TikTok to showcase products, drive GMV, and hit monthly sales targets.
  • Clearly articulate product selling points, interact with viewers in real-time, answer inquiries, and effectively close sales.
  • Collaborate with the operations team for pre-live preparation, product selection strategy, and post-live data analysis to optimize performance.
  • Maintain a high energy level and create a strong, persuasive buying atmosphere during streams.
  • Adapt to flexible working hours tailored to peak traffic times and promotional campaigns.
