Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew. This role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with customers and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service

• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately

• Ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction

• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment

• Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally

• Operate POS system and handle payments responsibly

• Assist in daily opening and closing operations

• Adhere to SOPs, food hygiene and safety regulations

• Work closely with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations
