Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-5 years housekeeping/spa management experience required, preferably in wellness industry

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

  • Proven leadership skills with staff supervision, training, and performance management experience

  • Strong knowledge of hygiene standards, health/safety regulations, and SOP development

  • Meticulous attention to detail with inventory control and cost management expertise

  • Available for flexible hours including weekends

Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage all housekeeping functions, including spa treatment rooms, onsen facilities, rest areas,and public spaces

  • Ensure all areas meet strict cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times

  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules, SOPs, and checklists

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene aligned with wellness and spa industry requirements

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure consistency and quality

  • Supervise, train, and develop housekeeping staff to deliver consistent service excellence

  • Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance

  • Instill discipline, accountability, and attention to detail within the team

  • Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, towels, and amenities

  • Ensure proper usage, storage, and cost control of housekeeping materials

  • Coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment

  • Ensure all facilities are maintained in a condition that enhances guest comfort and relaxation

  • Address guest feedback related to cleanliness and facilities promptly

  • Support overall spa operations to deliver a seamless and premium customer experience

  • Work closely with Operations, Front Desk, and Spa Therapists to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Support preparation of rooms and facilities based on booking schedules and peak periods

  • Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management from time to time
