Job Requirements:-

• Degree in related field preferred

• Creative abilities to create/execute graphic content using Canva, Photoshop or similar platforms

• Self-starter and a team leader with the ability to ideate around concepts and bring to life marketing strategies to drive revenue

• Creative, organized and strong business sense

• Effective communications & presentation skills

• Data modeling skills/presentations skills to provide updates on marketing performance

• Budget management and expense processing

• Prefer 1 to 2 years within a spa setting in a marketing role however willing to develop the right individual

Job description:-

• Responsible for management and execution of local marketing tactics

• Foster partnerships with industry organizations and thought leaders to promote our brands

• Improve spa positioning in local, national and international markets

• Increase total revenue for various business segments through the execution of spa marketing strategy

• Oversee local marketing expense planning and processing

• Identify new marketing opportunities that support the business needs of each of the spa segments

• Work with our design team to optimize the website experience, driving traffic and conversions

• Create and manage marketing budgets, and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns to ensure ROI and make data-driven decisions
