• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance or professional qualification (ACA / ACCA / MICPA or equivalent)

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (property industry preferred)

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (role level adjusted based on experience)

• Strong knowledge in accounting and finance functions

• Familiarity with financial instruments and property accounting systems is an advantage

• Strong numerical, analytical, and computer skills

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage)

We are seeking a hands-on and motivated Senior Accounts Executive/Accountant to join our new team in Selangor. This is a standalone role responsible for managing the day-to-day finance and administrative operations of our SG & MY business. The successful candidate will also support selected regional finance functions, reporting to, and working closely with, the Finance Head based in Singapore.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable working independently, and is eager to take ownership of local finance and compliance matters.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-border teams

• Handle full set of accounts for 7–10 entities (MY & SG), including AR, AP, Fixed Assets, and daily accounting operations

• Prepare and submit monthly GTO sales reports to landlords

• Manage month-end closing and perform account reconciliations

• Prepare timely monthly financial reports and schedules

• Prepare and submit GST returns, cash flow forecasts, and income tax

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders

• Analyse profit & loss statements and prepare management reports

• Monitor and manage cash flow effectively

• Improve operational efficiency, cost control, and internal processes

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
