Requirements
Malaysian Chinese fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Able to read, write, and type in Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)
Good command of English (spoken and written)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willing to work rotational shifts
Customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate information on insurance products, policies, and services
Assist customers with policy servicing, claims inquiries, and general support
Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Non-sales role (customer support focus)
