Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to identify and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues proactively.

A proactive and adaptable approach to learning new processes and technologies within the accounting field.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential; proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage.
岗位职责
Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and treasury.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain and update the company's accounting records and files, ensuring they are organized and readily accessible.
Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.
Collaborate with external auditors during financial audits.
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Provide financial insights and support to management for decision-making purposes.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and tax laws, and assess their impact on the company's financial operations.
