Requirements
Candidate must possess at least SPM/ "O" level or above
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Fluent in Mandarin and or English/ Cantonese/ Bahasa Malaysia
Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
A valuable team player and able to work independently
Candidate with administrative experience is an added advantage
Responsibilities
Handle & assist department heads with daily operational tasks
Coordinate with operation team
Handle and key in delivery note, credit note, invoices, receipts, sales reports, and e-invoice
Ensure adequate stock of stationeries and pantry supplies
Manage company documents and records, including scanning, copying, filing, and organizing files
Oversee packing and dispatch arrangements for outgoing shipments
Monitor and follow up on outstanding bills
Handle general email correspondence
Assist with e-commerce order processing and documentation
Process and file staff claims
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors
