Job Description

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma in Finance/Accounting

  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of Accounts Payable experience are encouraged to apply

  • Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and a team player

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficient in MS Excel and SQL accounting software

Responsibilities

  • Process payments according to credit terms, ensuring accuracy in amounts and records

  • Handle monthly payroll processing

  • Use SQL accounting software to record transactions, generate invoices, delivery orders, sales reports, P&L, and other reports

  • Record and maintain proper filing of cash transactions

  • Monitor and record project costs

  • Liaise with clients and suppliers regarding invoices and progress claims

  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Manager
