Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.

More than 5 years of working experience in factory equipment maintenance and management.

Excellent understanding of hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Proficiency in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and servo motor control.

Good understanding of reading and creating mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams (CAD).

Experienced in installation, commissioning, operation, and management of large automated equipment.

Skilled in maintenance of production equipment, shift operation management, and spare parts management.

Proficient in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of equipment control systems.

Experienced in AutoCAD drafting, PLC programming, servo adjustment, and pneumatic control.

Responsible for equipment standardization, setup, and staff training (preparing work instructions).

Ensure scheduled equipment maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize downtime.

Develop an efficient and cost-effective maintenance program for manufacturing equipment.

Initiate continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment productivity and reduce maintenance costs.
