• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in material planning, purchasing, or supply chain within manufacturing.

• Familiar with BOM, MRP/ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred), and inventory management.

• Experience in logistics coordination and import/export processes is an advantage.

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.

• Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

• Manage BOM material breakdown and execute raw material purchasing based on production requirements.

• Monitor end-to-end material flow, including PO issuance, delivery schedule follow-up, logistics coordination, and customs clearance.

• Track raw material inventory levels to ensure sufficient stock availability and avoid shortages or overstock.

• Control and optimize slow-moving or obsolete inventory to reduce holding costs.

Prepare material planning reports and perform data analysis to support demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
