Computer literate – comfortable with spreadsheets, docs, email, chat tools
Good communicator – clear, respectful, and responsive
Organized and able to follow up without being reminded
Ready to learn the supply chain/logistics industry
Responsibilities
What you will do:
Travel with Founder to customer meetings and appointments
Prepare presentation decks and meeting materials
Handle email & WhatsApp replies professionally
Follow up on customer payments and invoice status
Manage customer and supplier relationships
Report progress daily and escalate issues when needed
