Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification.
· Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
· Hands-on experience in handling full sets of accounts.
· Familiar with QNE/NC or ERP accounting systems is an advantage.
· Knowledge of GST/SST entries and reporting.
· Familiarity with government e-invoicing frameworks
· Able to work independently, multitask, and meet reporting deadlines.
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
· Good command of multiple languages (spoken and written).
· 5-day work week.
Responsibilities
· Manage full sets of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger)
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial and management reports
· Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts and assist in financial planning.
· Support month-end and year-end closing activities
· Handle e-invoicing processes (ensure timely and accurate issuance and receipt of e-invoices)
· Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities on accounting and compliance matters.
· Support audit, tax submission, and SST/GST-related tasks.
· Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
