Requirements
Must able to work 24/7 rotational shift, 5 working days and 2 days off
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
Bachelor’s Degree or above
Experience in KYC / Financial / Banking industry is an added advantage
Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
Guide customers on self-service and digital banking channels
Perform call-backs for transaction verification and follow up on required documents
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Execute KYC-related tasks in compliance with guidelines
