Requirements
- Mandarin speaker is an added advantage
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply! Training and guidance will be provided.
- Proficient and trustworthy in handling confidential
- Able to work independently
- Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm); Saturday (Alternate) (8am - 12pm)
Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Handle daily HR & administrative operations.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Assist in preparing HR letters, reports, contracts, and company documents.
- Support office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Coordinate meetings, staff activities, and internal communications.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation management.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
